“Cuddles nursery in Poole Stadium has provided my child with the best care they possibly could. Shes thrived while being at this nursery from being toilet trained to interacting with other children and forming friendships which she could never do at her old nursery. I feel at complete ease when I drop her here In the morning knowing she’s in good hands. She’s always so excited to go in and when I pick her up after she’s telling me how good her day was and the fun things she’s done. The staff there are just outstanding and loving towards all the children. I couldn’t recommend a nursery more amazing than this one.”

UK Day Nurseries
At Cuddles, we aim to provide the future generation with skills to help them become confident, self-assured individuals who have the enthusiasm to learn and this is why in 2014 we opened our third nursery in the Cuddles family.
The Stadium provides care for children aged 2-4 years and Cuddles took over the site after the previous provider closed. The nursery has worked particularly hard with BCP Council (formerly the Borough of Poole council) and the local community to ensure there is a high-quality provider within the centre of Poole so that all children have the opportunity to attend a nursery/pre-school that supports the aspirations of the local community.
Cuddles Day Nursery believes in providing high quality, affordable childcare and we realise the importance of all feedback, both negative and positive. With this in mind, we encourage both parents and staff to tell us how they think things are going.
We have strong links with the local schools so that when it comes to the time for your child to make the transition into school, this will go as smoothly as possible. Parents’ evenings, coffee mornings and open days are all opportunities for us to share information about your child so that we are all supporting them in the same way.
Poole Stadium had its first Ofsted inspection in June 2014 and received a “good” grading – the inspector made some truly positive comments about both the care and education on offer.
As a privately run day nursery, we aim to provide a secure and loving environment in which your child can grow and develop. To achieve this, we aim to encourage their physical, intellectual, linguistic, emotional and social skills that your child needs to develop their self-esteem and confidence, so that they may become happy, fun-loving children with the enthusiasm to learn and make friends.

Poole Stadium
Poole Stadium setting has been enhanced, adding a kitchen, children’s toilet area and outside play area. As a “pack-away setting” the nursery has as many resources and high-quality equipment as any purpose-built nursery and the staff pride themselves on being able to create a high-quality environment in a multi-use facility.
The bright, large indoor rooms are warm and inviting and are specifically designed and equipped to allow all children the freedom to play safely, using a mixture of imagination and dexterity.
Introduction from the Nursery Manager
My name is Tracy and I am the manager of Cuddles’ newest site and third nursery setting at Poole Stadium.
I started working for Cuddles in June 2009 and thoroughly enjoy working with my team. We have a very open and friendly environment where we work with children from 2-4 years. The location – which is less than a 10-minute walk – from Poole makes it ideal for busy parents who work in the town centre as well as those who live in the locality. We have a broad mix of children from a variety of cultural backgrounds and enjoy the variety that this brings to the setting.
I qualified to NVQ Level 3 in London in 2003 and have been working in childcare for more than 16 years. I worked my way up from apprentice to Team Leader in London and since working for Cuddles I have gone from Team Leader to becoming the manager of the Stadium setting in 2016.
I look forward to meeting you and introducing you to our team and the children when you visit.
