Level 3 Early Years Staff Wanted!

Here at Cuddles, we are actively recruiting for some passionate childcare staff to join our team. If you are already working in childcare or are looking to return to work, we have are looking to recruit staff with a Level 3 Early Years qualification. Our rates of pay start from £8/hour depending on experience and we can offer full time and part time hours.

Apprenticeships In Childcare:

Do you fancy a career in childcare or maybe you know someone who is wants to start training in childcare?

Here at Cuddles Day Nurseries, we have the opportunity for a couple of apprentices to join our team. Apprentices at Cuddles will receive full hands on training, guidance and support from our in house team plus they will attend Bournemouth & Poole College as part of their course.

At the end of their apprenticeship, we aim to provide all of our apprentices with ongoing career opportunities. To apply for an apprenticeship with Cuddles, applicants must be aged between 18 – 24.

Qualifications:

To apply for a Level 1 in Childcare apprenticeship, applicants will need to achieve GCSEs grades D-G including English and Maths grades 3-1 (formerly D-G). Alternatively successful completion of a Foundation Entry Level 3 qualification and have achieved a Level 1 Functional Skill in English and Maths.

Did you know that completing an intermediate apprenticeship such as a Level 2 in Childcare is the same as getting 5 good GCSE passes. If you choose to progress onto an advanced apprenticeship (Level 3), this is equivalent of having 2 A-Level passes.
